Returns
Eligibility for Returns: To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain products cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable items like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
- Intimate or sanitary goods.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Additionally, the following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Certain health and personal care items
Return Process: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return the item directly to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds (if applicable): Partial refunds may be granted under certain conditions:
- Books with visible signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts (except when due to our error)
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about its approval or rejection for a refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to post.
Reach out to your bank, as there may be processing delays.

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same one, please email us at info@synergicdigitals.com, and send the item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified about your return.

You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
If your item is valued over INR 75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Cancellation Policy
At Brandhype, we aim to assist our customers as much as possible, which is why we offer a flexible cancellation policy. Please note the following terms:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 12 hours of placing the order. However, if the order has already been communicated to the vendors/merchants or the execution team has started processing the order, the cancellation request will not be entertained.

- Orders placed during special occasions, events, or promotional offers (e.g., Month-end offers, Diwali, Halloween, Christmas, New Year, etc.) are non-cancellable. These are limited-time offers, and therefore, cancellations are not allowed.
Refunds and Adjustments:
Once payment is made, no refund will be issued, even if a cancellation is requested within 12 hours. However, the paid amount can be credited toward a future order within the next 90 days.
Third-Party Services:
Brandhype is not responsible for any deficiencies in services provided by third parties such as hosting, servers, images, content writing, etc. If Brandhype needs to coordinate or liaise with these third parties, any associated costs will be billed as per the company’s standard rates.
Product Expectations:
If the product received does not match the description on the website or falls short of your expectations, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the product. After reviewing your complaint, our team will take the appropriate action.
